Managing our ongoing climate variability to build a successful business is at the heart of The Rural Profit System. It starts with holistic integrated management training for farmers, graziers and mixed farming enterprises. The use of the natural plant, animal and water cycles as an integral part of the decision making framework allows for both increased profits and increased sustainability of our land resources. GrazingforProfit and Farming&GrazingforProfit both offer this integrated approach to business learning. They can each be a stand alone activity or form the foundation for the ongoing system.

This is followed up with focused knowledge and skill development with specialised coaching in the ExecutiveLink program.

The process then continues to strategic planning, the use of financial benchmarking and includes peer advice and review as part of the ExecutiveLink program.

Ongoing personal and professional development is available in a range of specialised activities including MasterLink and GrowthLink.
