GrazingforProfit
The GrazingforProfit School is Australia's longest running business school for the grazing industry. With over 4,500 graduates it is also the most attended management school conducted in rural Australia.
The School provides a holistic insight into the many factors that affect your business including the impact of climate variability and ways of taking control of your business by working in-sync with your resources.
The program deals with each concept independently as well as integrating them to ensure the most appropriate decision making is achieved.

Farming&GrazingforProfit
The RCS Farming&GrazingforProfit School tackles climate variability head on. Nothing is treated in isolation. It gives you the knowledge, principles and management tools needed to build a profitable and sustainable farming and grazing business.
This school helps you:

ExecutiveLink QLD-Skill Development
ExecutiveLink forms the second and third steps of the Rural Profit System.
This first phase of the ExecutiveLink program has a hands on focus. It involves a partnership between the participant, a coach and RCS. This team works together over a six month period to complete 10 projects directly focused on the individual’s business and which have been identified by successful school graduates as being critical to managerial effectiveness.
This early focus in ExecutiveLink is the gradual implementation of new skills and the use of new decision making tools provided as part of the program. It provides you the opportunity to integrate your livestock, pastures, cropping, property and business planning, to allow you to make changes to ensure growth and sustainability into the future. The program is delivered in the framework of economic growth and regenerative farming practices in the face of our changing climate and the increasing demand on your natural resources.

ExecutiveLink QLD-Benchmarking & Business Planning
ExecutiveLink forms the second and third stages in the Rural Profit System.
ExecutiveLink is a unique on-going professional development program which operates in Australia, the USA and Africa. It provides a structured forum in which a group of like minded people can, by acting as advisory directors, work together on their respective businesses to be both economically and ecologically successful. The program has an education program in both personal and technical development that complements the strategic management of your business.
The primary goals of ExecutiveLink are to:
• improve business performance through benchmarking and targets, using ProfitProbe as a tool
• educate and motivate people for change
• develop a well considered Business Plan over 3 years
• develop a strong network of motivated farmers who can respond to opportunities, both on and off the farm

GrowthLink
GrowthLink forms the fourth stage in the Rural Profit System. It is a unique on-going professional development program to provide a further avenue for personal and business growth.
GrowthLink has an off farm focus. It has four pillars to its development

· Personal health and well being
· Philanthropy
GrowthLink is a high level network of like-minded people.

RCS Grazing Clinic
The RCS Grazing Clinic is an intensive 3 day course on the principles and practices of grazing management including how to design, manage and control a grazing cell. The course taps into the combined knowledge of the group and summarises the collective experience of graziers throughout Australia.

Ruminant Nutrition Workshop
The Ruminant Nutrition Workshop covers, in one day, all you need to know about nutrition to improve animal production and gross margins on cattle and sheep grazing properties. It is based on over 20 years experience in practical nutrition.

Pasture to Pocket
Pasture to Pocket includes a two day workshop followed by a pasture assessment field day. The program is held in conjunction with your local catchment management authority.
The Pasture to Pocket program links property development, grazing management and pastures, with animal nutrition and reproduction, to lead you towards a truly sustainable and profitable business.
Keep In Touch (KIT) Days
The RCS Keep In Touch (KIT) Days are a central plank of the ongoing support and advice to graduates of programs in the Rural Profit System including GrazingforProfit and FarmingforProfit.
Field Days
RCS Field Days are an excellent way of keeping informed of the latest rural management practices and new technology.
Mind over Money...an inner journey to wealth
The Mind over Money....an inner journey to wealth workshop is a partnership between RCS and The Right Mind. This exciting 2 day workshop gives you, the participant, the opportunity to explore goals, money blueprints and how to achieve brain integration for a better understanding of what drives you.
RCS Business Accelerator
RCS is very pleased to announce its new program, Business Accelerator. Business Accelerator has been designed at clients' requests to provide an on farm one on one consulting and support program to producers who wish to accelerate their business though are unable to "get away" from the property on regular occasions.
The Business Accelerator program combines 2 days of consulting on farm, phone support and guidance with an RCS consultant plus one year's analysis with RCS' benchmarking program, Profit Probe. Other benefits include ongoing webinars and access to the RCS' website's Members Section.
The program is available to all primary producers who are at any stage of the Rural Profit System. Your initial commitment is for 12 months with a set fee for the program.
This is an opportunity for primary producers to accelerate their business to the next level at the pace of their choosing.
